Great service, but you will pay the pri$$$ce for it. Now that I know routine service is not included in my 2020 Range Rover Sport supercharged lease, I will definitely take it to an independent garage for the next service and oil change. It would be half the $800 cost.
Kenny in the Sales Department provided the most efficient and professional service to get me in a new Range Rover. He knows everything about these cars and made the transaction a breeze and took care of every little detail. He also gave me the best deal on the vehicle relative to the other dealerships in LA. Purchased a car and the transaction was easy, even able to do credit report before I came in. Daryl is so sweet and thoughtful. He goes out of his way to make his clients happy, even after the sale! I would give 3 stars except I have had good results on previous occasions. I called and made appointment for "complimentary Maintenance" and asked the service department appointment taker to be sure was still "free" she said yes. Unfortunately that was wrong because I had exceeded my warranty miles, which is why I asked her... so when I arranged my day schedule and drove 30 miles to the service appointment they told me I had been given incorrect information. This review is for service advisor, John Bevardos. He helped me with a rather difficult repair. Land Rover was infested by rats in the engine compartment in Malibu. Thanks to John, the wire harness was repaired and the insulation in the back of the engine has been replaced. Excellent customer service!
Late March 2020 I leased a Range Rover HSE. With the guidance, the expertise and the patience of my salesman Steliani Tomozei, I got the car that I wanted. He made sure that I knew how to drive it off the lot accompanied by all the bells and whistles that applied to me. This is the second Range Rover that I have leased through him and I hope there will be many more.

Bought a 2020 Jaguar EPace for my daughter. The Hornburg team were professional, easy going, and priced the car far better than the True Car price of a competing dealer that said they had the car in stock but did not. No games, straight forward and we bought one of the last cars out of the temporary trailers. The new showroom and sales office looks awesome.

Shout out to my service rep Peter... he did a Great job, above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate my maintenance and service needs including getting me a great brand new loaner land rover for the entire days of my servicing!!! Ok, yes they do have "dealer service department prices"... for any extra items that are not covered by the factory warranty or jaguar "included (Free!) Maintenance"... but that's to be expected ...

I just bought a certified used Jaguar F Type. I love the car. The included warranty of 6 yrs 100,000 miles is the best in class and helped make the purchase an easy decision. The price was better than fair (below market value). The service from the salesman and the finance manager was great.

Mario, the service advisor, was great. Clearly explained all the things that needed to get done to my Jag and offered options. He was super communicative. Called me whenever there was an update to the status of my car; even called to tell me they found a leaky gasket that was leaking oil on my alternator; Jag covered it under warranty and my car is running perfect. I came in for a basic mundane oil change and left with much much much more.
I'm not a customer, but a member of their service staff here found my lost cell phone nearby and returned it to me, which was a lifesaver. Good people!

Experience working with Kenny and team has been phenomenal! We agreed on spec, purchase price and terms over email and txt. Everything was ready when I got to the dealership and the process was a breeze. Kenny came to work on his day off to help with paper work, setup the infotainment and hand over the car.
