Jorge took great of us. I had a damaged tire and wheel from a run in with a curb. Luckily I had insurance policies for this. Jorge called each company to check and double check my coverage. Unfortunately , the tire coverage had run out BUT I had lots of coverage for wheel restoration. He helped coordinate repairs to both along with a service to my car. We got a good deal on a 2025 Defender. The had a good inventory of Defenders. They were honest and straight forward. We got a great financing and were out of the dealership in a relatively short time.

I had the most amazing experience @ Jaguar/LandRover Santa Monica. A huge shout out to Danny Perez. He is absolutely the best of the best. After leaving the La Brea dealership disappointed. I drove so Santa Monica dealership & Danny was able to offer me the Range Rover for 9k less & upgraded model than Jaguar/LandRover Labrea.
Kenny went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable with the purchase of our new Range Rover. His relaxed, pressure-free approach was exactly what we needed. Worst experience dealing with Ara. Luckly Kenny was able to help us and work out a deal we felt comfortable with. I honestly don't think we would have bought a range rover if we had to work with Ara.

I was scheduled to take my car in for service. I received my car back in a timely manner and no issues. Overall I received exceptional customer service from Mario and his staff. I keep this service department as my main location because the staff is organized, helpful, and professional.

I took the car in as the brakes were grinding. The mechanic said we were at 60% and the Rotors were fine. The Mechanic suggested changing out the front brakes for $2150. I said Ok. I picked up the car and with in 20 feet I noticed the same problem. They then said I needed to change the rear brakes. They changed the rear brakes also, free of charge, however the brakes were changed less than 2 years ago and less than 14,000 miles. My key wasn’t working after a battery replacement, and I didn’t have an appointment, but Rus helped me navigate the warranty process, saving me money in the end. He also made sure I was taken care of the same day my new key arrived, so I didn’t have to deal with scheduling another visit. Super grateful for his professionalism and efficiency. I have owned Jaguars for almost 10 years. La Brea dealership is closer to me than Sta Monica dealership. It is only because of John Bevardos's expertise and professionalism that I have been visiting Sta Monica dealership. I had to wait extra days to have my XK RS serviced. Having more expert mechanics in the shop would have changed my overall rating to 5 stars.

Mr Mario Garcia is my service manager. I can’t speak for any other service managers but Mr Garcia seems have an effortless flow with two of our vehicles. We have a newer luxury model and an older one. We needed a spare key programmed and of course it must be done by the dealer and within an hour and a half I was out of there! I have been a Range Rover owner for over 30-years. I have never worked with a service advisor as professional as Rus Timerhanov. He handled my emergency brake job the same day allowing us to return home to northern California on Saturday.
I’ve had a tire repaired here twice and both times received great service. Rus took great care of me and stayed in contact with updates. I’ll always ask for him when getting serviced. Call center can be a bit frustrating, but once you get past that it’s pretty smooth.
